All guests, especially those who have high blood pressure, a heart condition, is pregnant, or has any other medical complications, are advised to consult their physicians before signing up for any Nap Pod services. Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent for any services.
Advanced booking is required to secure your preferred date and time of Nap Pod session. Full payment is required at time of booking for confirmed appointment.
For the consideration of others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. Children are not allowed at the spa unless they are having a nap session, accompanied by an adult. We ask that you respect other guests’ privacy by speaking softly.
Please switch your cellular phones and electronic devices off or to silent mode.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to avoid reduced Nap Pod time. A late arrival will result in a shortened Nap Pod session to accommodate other guests fairly.
We recommend that no jewelry be worn at Nap Pod. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Nap Pod premises.
Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 24-hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or a “no-show”.
Nap Pod sessions are non-refundable. Unused portions of the packages are non-transferable or non-exchangeable for another time.

The Nap Pod sessions, services and/or facilities received or utilized at Nap Pod are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that Guests may have. Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless Nap Pod, its holding company(ies), affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with Nap Pod sessions, services and/or facilities.
Service provider makes no warranty whatsoever with respect to the services, including any (a) warranty of merchantability; or (b) warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; or (c) warranty of title, whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise.
In no event shall Nap Pod be liable to customer or to any third party for any loss of use, revenue or profit or loss of data or diminution in value, or for any consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, special, or punitive damages whether arising out of breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether or not service provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and notwithstanding the failure of any agreed or other remedy of its essential purpose.
In no event shall Nap Pod’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to this agreement, whether arising out of or related to breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, exceed the aggregate amounts paid or payable to Nap Pod by Guest.
